Kintyre view retreat is a 3 bed swift Bordeaux, 38ft x 12ft, check out the floorplan for a detailed layout. Beginning at the front there is a private decking off the two front doors, perfect for your morning drink or catching the end of day sunset on the outdoor furniture. Through the patio doors is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Seating for five comfortably on the sofa's and a lot more if you're travelling with little one's. There's a convenient coffee table with two pull out seats. A gas fire for those cooler nights, 43" smart TV and a whole host of board games to get competitive with.
We have a dining table with seating for four which leads into the kitchen area. There's a full kitchen on offer, with cooker, full sized fridge freezer and plenty worktop space to prepare your next MasterChef meal or a drink or two. Access to the caravan is via the kitchen with a gently sloping ramp making it easy for anyone with mobility issues or for a pram.
There is not one but two bathrooms in the caravan, one is the family bathroom which includes a generous shower, toilet and sink. The other bathroom has a toilet and sink, located within the largest bedroom at the back of the van. The biggest bedroom is the full width of the van, so plenty space for a cot or just extra space to do your make up at the dressing table before an evening of entertainment. The main bedroom has a double bed, with the further two bedrooms each having two singles each and a wardrobe in every room. All bathrooms and bedrooms have gas central heating a must for that occasional cold Scottish evening.
Outside we have a secluded grass area right beside the van, a great place for the family to get outside but not be too far away. There's a private parking space for any car you may bring but if you prefer to get public transport the number 97 bus operates a service to and from Ayr direct to the park. A short walk is the beach or the facilities in either direction, no need to walk on the road as we're nearby dedicated pedestrian footpaths.
